The Semiconductor Test Consortium was incorporated in the State of California as a non-profit Corporation on March 28, 2003. The initial members were Intel, Motorola, and Advantest. About 90 companies and individuals from from the U.S, Europe, Japan, and the Far East are members of the Consortium.
