Step-by-Step Guide to Joining the Semiconductor Test Consortium (STC)
- Thoroughly review the Membership Application, the STC By-Laws, and the STC IPR Policy at the Legal Information page.
- Download a Membership Application, then
a. Follow the instructions on the application,
b. Fill in the required information, and
c. Fax it to the STC corporate office in
mail it to:

Niwot, CO 80544-1016.
- The STC corporate office will:
a. Acknowledge receipt of your faxed application by email.
b. Enroll you as a member on the STC website, issue you a password to access the Members Only area of the site, and give you some initial instructions on using the website.
c. Send a formal Welcome email to you from the STC Manager accepting you into the consortium. (A copy of this email is sent to the STC Board of Directors.)
d. Invoice you for dues according to your preferences stated on the application.

Membership Requirements
The Semiconductor Test Consortium membership is open to all relevant organizations and individuals dedicated to achieving an Open ATE architecture for the industry. The Semiconductor Test Consortium will welcome members from the following groups:
- Integrated Device Manufacturers
- Semiconductor Foundries
- Fabless Semiconductor Companies
- Subcontract Test House
- Universities
- Semiconductor Laboratories
- ATE Hardware/Software and Module Vendors
- Semiconductor Financial and Technical Service Providers
The Semiconductor Test Consortium is a California non-profit Corporation and governed by its By-laws and the Membership Agreement.
