STC - Member Group Meeting
Santa Clara, California, USA: Semiconductor Test Consortium (STC) members had a 1 full day interactive meeting on Jan 18th, 2003. 26 members currently have signed MOU, and most were in attendance. The members reviewed the proposed architecture of OPENSTAR™ platform (Software, Hardware, Interface, Integration etc.,). The next face-to-face member meeting will be held in March 2003. Members will be notified once exact dates are set, however any relevant documents will be available to the members before that date.
