Renesas Technology's Hideyuki Aoki Named to STC's Board of Directors
Hideyuki Aoki Named to STC Board of Directors plus Consortium Welcomes Seven New Members
The Semiconductor Test Consortium (STC), Inc. today announced that it has elected Hideyuki Aoki of Renesas Technology to its board of directors. Already an active participant in the consortium, Aoki-san will augment the board's efforts to further development of OPENSTARTM (Open Semiconductor Test Architecture) - the STC's highly flexible open architecture test platform. Also, Jason Katz has replaced Elsa Koljonen as Intel's representative on the board and has been elected STC Treasurer. In addition, since July, the STC has welcomed seven new member companies: Electro Scientific Industries (ESI); HiLevel Technologies, Inc.; LOA Technology Inc.; Micro Component Technology (MCT); Micronics Japan Co.; Reid-Ashman Manufacturing, Inc.; and Salland Engineering (Europe) B.V. These latest additions bring the consortium's number to 44, including 11 university members, illustrating the STC's rapidly growing industry-wide acceptance.
