OPENSTAR TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP TRANSFERED TO THE STC
The Semiconductor Test Consortium (STC), Inc. today announced that it has received the Open Semiconductor Test Architecture (OPENSTAR) trademark ownership from Advantest, the orginal trademark owner. The transfer of ownership accentuates the independence of the STC, a worldwide consortium supported by leading semiconductor end users and vendors driving the OPENSTAR adoptioin.
