The Semiconductor Test Consortium (STC), Inc. today announced that it has released the hardware and software specifications for the Open Semiconductor Test Architecture (OPENSTARÔ) to the public. Previously available exclusively to STC members for their use to support and develop OPSENSTAR compliant hardware and software, the STC chose to open access to the public in a direct response to the widespread, growing demand for these specifications.
