STC Membership Exceeds Forty Company Members Representing the Entire Semiconductor Supply Chain
Widespread Adoption Confirms Global Support and Validation of Open Architecture Benefits
The Semiconductor Test Consortium, Inc. (STC), the leading promoter of the global adoption of the Open Semiconductor Test Architecture (OPENSTARâ) standard, today announced the consortium's roster has soared to over 40 company members, marking yet another achievement that moves the STC closer to achieving worldwide OPENSTAR adoption and validation. Open to all companies throughout the semiconductor supply chain with a vested interest in the test sector, the consortium most recently signed on Robert Bosch GmbH, a Germany-based leading global supplier of automotive and industrial technology and of consumer goods and building technology, and Chroma ATE Inc., a world leader in the electronic test and measurement industry headquartered in Taiwan.
