STC Held 2nd Meeting on Open Architecture Test Platform in Taiwan
After the first meeting in Taiwan in May this year, the STC (Semiconductor Test Consortium) held its second meeting on the Open Architecture Test Platform at the Chroma headquarters on September 21.
