STC Announces Inaugural Global OPENSTAR Conference at ITC
The first annual Global OPENSTAR Conference will be held March 6-8, 2006 in Monterey CA.
The Semiconductor Test Consortium, Inc. (STC) today announced the first annual Global OPENSTAR Conference (GOC), in addition to participation in the International Test Conference (ITC) 2005. Building upon the recent achievement of exceeding annual membership goals, the STC’s increased conference involvement and commitment to create an entirely OPENSTAR-focused conference affirms industry-wide validation of the open-architecture test solution.
